How to get around in Florence
When you take a flight to Florence, you will arrive at Florence Airport (FLR). As one of Tuscany’s main airports, Aeroporto Firenze-Peretola is an international hub. It is located about four kilometers from the city center – ideal for a quick city transfer!
There are several options for getting from the airport to the city center: Shuttle buses run regularly, and the journey takes about 15 minutes – similar to a taxi transfer. Of course, you can also drive to your accommodation by rental car.
