* Note: Due to multiple arrivals at airports, parking positions directly at the gate cannot be guaranteed. The aircraft may have to park on the apron, so boarding and disembarkation take place via steps.

If you are traveling with your own battery-powered mobility aid, you must ascertain in advance for safety reasons whether this battery may be carried on an aircraft.

Oxygen

Do you require oxygen during the flight?

Seat request for flights to/from the USA

Passengers with a gait abnormality and/or who are traveling with an assistance dog can request a bulkhead seat up to 48 hours before departure.
