Please report delayed baggage immediately to the airline that operated your flight. You can do so using the following links.
In the event of a baggage delay, we recommend that you check whether you have already received a notification by email, text or app. The personalized link in the message will then take you to a pre-filled form and you will only need to complete a few details. If you use your airline’s app and have added your booking, you will also find the link to the pre-filled form in your airline’s app under “Baggage details”.
