Invisible – but real
Lots of people live with impairments that cannot be detected externally. For example, this includes:
- Autism and neurodivergent disorders
- Anxiety disorders and fear of flying
- ADHD
- Chronic pain or illnesses
- Epilepsy
- Dementia
- Mental illnesses
- And lots of other invisible impairments
All these disorders can make travelling a challenge – even if they go unnoticed by other people. Even if your impairment is not listed above, our team is trained to help you in a discreet and sympathetic way.

Travelling with a companion.
A travelling companion can help you on your trip, making the journey safer and more pleasant for you. In some situations, for safety reasons you must travel with a companion.
A travelling companion is mandatory if:
- You cannot understand or follow the safety instructions from our cabin crew.
- You are unable to bring yourself to safety in the event of an emergency.
- You need personal help on board or in the lounge, for example to eat or go to the toilet.
Do you need a travelling companion for your trip, but haven’t found anyone yet? Please inform us in good time. We can then look for a solution together.
If we cannot find a solution, you have a right to a refund or to another flight. You can register a travelling companion via our Service Center.
