Welcome to the Austrian Star Alliance Terminal – Check-in 3 (301–399): spaces that are flooded with light, short distances, a sophisticated signage system and a varied range of shops, cafés and restaurants turn this new 150,000-square-metre terminal building into a special travel experience for passengers.
Services at a glance
On Level 1 of the terminal, you will find the check-in zone with 69 counters for flights with Austrian Airlines or Star Alliance partners. North American flights are processed in the East Pier/Gate D. Miles & More status customers and Business Class travellers have their own check-in islands.
The 15 security lanes ensure short waiting times, and Fast Lanes are available for Business Class travellers and status customers.
You’ve just landed in Vienna? You can now go straight to the City Airport Train (CAT) via the central Arrivals Hall and you will find yourself at Vienna Central Station within a mere 16 minutes. In addition, there are nine bus stops, located in front of the Arrivals Hall, from which you can easily reach the city centre by bus.
The new terminal connects directly to the existing building and unites the entire airport under one roof. Thanks to the short walking distances, travellers can transfer quickly and conveniently in only 25 minutes.
Passengers with special needs, such as wheelchair users, are provided with a personal service in an exclusive waiting and check-in area.
Over an area of 500 metres, 31 shops and 19 cafés and restaurants invite you to wander around and indulge: whether it’s Austrian culinary delights, such as in the Café Sacher, or exclusive accessories from international luxury brands such as Dolce & Gabbana – you’ll find it all here.
