Your flight has just been called. Now you want to board as quickly as possible and enjoy your journey above the clouds in First Class. For First Class passengers in Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Geneva, and Vienna the enjoyment already starts at boarding: in the case of departures from certain aircraft positions, you will be chauffeured in a limousine or exclusive minivan directly to the aircraft.
Limousine service for departures from Frankfurt
Whether you are spending time in the Lufthansa First Class Terminal or in the First Class Lounge at Pier B this service is available to you in both cases together with our partners Austrian Airlines Group and SWISS. It applies to Lufthansa flights to non-Schengen and non-EU countries taking off from a non-gate position in Departures Area B or from Piers Z or C. For Pier A, the limousine service from the First Class Lounge in Departures Area A is also available for Lufthansa flights to Schengen countries taking off from an apron position. If you are waiting for your flight in the First Class Terminal at Frankfurt, a limousine will always take you straight to your aircraft.
Limousine service for arrivals in Frankfurt
As a First Class passenger on an intercontinental flight arriving at a non-gate position, you will be collected by your own personal minivan or limousine and taken to the bus drop-off point in Terminal 1. The same applies if you are a passenger on a European flight that arrives at a non-gate position, provided that you are continuing your journey in Lufthansa First Class on the same day. A direct transfer to other locations, such as to the First Class Lounges, for example, is not possible at Frankfurt Airport due to official regulations.1
Transfer service in Frankfurt for shortened transfer times
If you only have a transfer time of between 20 and 45 minutes left due to the late arrival of your flight at Frankfurt Airport, you will be collected from your aircraft by an exclusive minivan service and taken straight to your connecting flight – taking into account all the necessary security, passport and customs checks – as long as this will guarantee you meeting your flight on time.2 If it is no longer possible to get to your connecting flight in time due to flight disruptions, a personal assistant will be on hand at Frankfurt to help you. The assistant will take care of all the formalities connected to your onward journey, such as rebookings and hotel and car rental reservations.
Travel companions
All travel companions (including spouses, life partners, and children under 18) with a valid boarding pass for the same outward and return flight as the inviting person are eligible for the First Class limousine service.

- As an HON Circle Member with Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian, or Air Dolomiti our limousine service is available for you and your travel companions if you have a connecting flight in Munich or your flight begins or ends here.
- As a First Class passenger with Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian, or Air Dolomiti you and your travel companions can also make use of the limousine service. This is on condition that the flight ends in Munich and you have arrived at another hub or airport with a First Class ticket. Your onward flight to Munich can also be in Business or Economy Class.
- As a First Class passenger with Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian, or Air Dolomiti we also welcome you and your travel companions to use our limousine service if you start your trip on a feeder flight in Business or Economy Class in Munich and your onward First Class flight is operated by Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian, or Air Dolomiti.
Limousine service for departures from Munich
If your flight is departing from a non-gate position, you will be taken from the First Class Lounge straight to the aircraft by limousine or an exclusive minivan.1
Limousine service for arrivals in Munich
If your flight arrives at a non-gate position, you will be collected from the aircraft in a limousine and taken to the terminal or straight to the First Class Lounge.1
Transfer service in Munich for shortened transfer times
If it is no longer possible to get to your connecting flight in time due to flight disruptions, a personal assistant will be on hand to help you at Munich Airport. The assistant will take care of all the formalities connected to your onward journey, such as rebookings and hotel and car rental reservations.2

All travel companions (including spouses, life partners, and children under 18) with a valid boarding pass for the same outward and return flight as the inviting person are eligible for the First Class limousine service.

Limousine service for departures from Zurich
First Class passengers and HON Circle Members taking off for a European country from a non-gate position on a flight with SWISS, Lufthansa, or the Austrian Airlines Group, or who have booked an intercontinental flight with SWISS from Dock E, will be taken by limousine to the aircraft.3
Limousine service for arrivals in Zurich
Passengers flying in from Geneva for an intercontinental connecting flight and whose flight lands in a non-gate position will be collected from the aircraft and taken to the appropriate terminal. This also applies the other way around for passengers who arrive in Zurich on a SWISS intercontinental flight and who are flying on to Geneva.3
Transfer service in Zurich for shortened transfer times
If you have less than 40 minutes transfer time left due to a delayed flight arrival, we will drive you straight to your connecting flight.3

Limousine service for departures in Vienna
A personal limousine service will be waiting for you on the apron. If you are flying in Lufthansa First Class on your connecting flight, a chauffeur will drive you straight to your aircraft in a limousine.
Limousine service for arrivals in Vienna
If your flight lands at a non-gate position, our limousine service will gladly pick you up from the aircraft and take you to the bus drop-off point at the terminal or to the HON Circle Lounge.
Transfer service in Vienna for shortened transfer times
If you have less than 25 minutes transfer time left in Vienna, we will drive you from the aircraft straight to your connecting flight.

Limousine service for departures from Geneva
For departures, HON Circle Members and First Class passengers will be taken from the lounge straight to the gate or taken to their aircraft by our limousine service.3
Limousine service for arrivals in Geneva
On arrival the Meet & Greet service is available for HON Circle Members: a personal assistant will accompany you from the gate to baggage reclaim. If your Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines or SWISS flight arrives at a non-gate position, a limousine shuttle service will take you to the terminal.
