The Airbus A321-100/200s are the stretched versions of the proven A320; at around seven meters longer than the baseline A320 model, they are the largest models in the classic A320 family. They can seat up to 200 passengers. Efficient engines, reduced noise and emission levels, and a modernized cabin combine the reliability of a proven aircraft type with Lufthansa’s familiar comfort.

Redesigning a proven favorite

At 44.51 meters in length, the Airbus A321-100 is the longest member of the classic A320 family, about seven meters longer than the baseline A320 model. This means more capacity on short- and medium-haul routes. On board, a modernized cabin, larger overhead bins and modern lighting design create a pleasant sense of space, even on short-haul flights. While the dimensions and seating capacity of the A321-100 and A321-200 are the same, the A321-200 features additional fuel tanks, allowing it to fly about 1,200 km further.
