Culinary services on short- and medium-haul flights

We can’t wait to bring you the world of taste of our Onboard Delights. Look forward to great culinary variety and enjoy your own individually curated selection of food and beverages on board – fresh, regional and sustainably tasty. On medium-haul flights* you’ll receive a delicious cold meal and a selection of free beverages including refreshing soft drinks, wine, beer and champagne.

On all European flights with a flight duration of more than 45 minutes, for a big treat you can order our little extras for an additional charge. Treat yourself to high-quality products by our exclusive partners Dallmayr and dean&david and enjoy fresh food prepared by hand and with love.

Pre-order and enjoy the anticipation

You can pre-order Onboard Delights on flights departing from Germany up to 18 hours before departure, and on flights into Germany up to 24 hours before departure. Experience a wide range of selected food and refreshing drinks. Have you seen our range of bowls, sandwiches, cakes and coffee?

Culinary services on long-haul

In Economy Class on long-haul flights you can look forward to attentive on-board service, a wide range of beverages, and a delicious menu with more choice and an unmistakable culinary signature.

The menu on long-haul

After take-off you can first enjoy a comprehensive selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, followed by a 3-course menu. In future on long-haul flights in Economy Class you can choose from three different main courses, adding even more options to the menu selection. A variety of salads and delicious desserts complete the menu. Finally, there’s coffee or tea. In Economy Class, depending on flight duration, we will treat you to a second meal – hot or cold vegetarian.

Coffee, wine, spirits, soft drinks or juices – you can look forward to a wide range of beverages free of charge on board Lufthansa flights. You can choose between cold or hot, alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. Depending on the duration of the flight, there may be several drinks services – and in between we can also serve drinks at your seat on request. In addition, selected brews bring Germany’s beer culture to life on board and turn your flight into a tasting experience. And if you’d like to linger a little longer over your coffee or tea, refills are, of course, complimentary.
