Help us when booking your journey. This will allow us to provide you with the service you need on the ground and during the flight. To ensure your comfort, we need some information from you in advance. If your journey includes multiple connecting flights, you only need to submit the form once.

Mobility impairments
I do not need any assistance I can move around inside the aircraft and climb steps without any problems.* But I need help with longer distances inside the airport. (WCHR) I can move around inside the aircraft, but I require assistance climbing steps* and walking longer distances within the airport. (WCHS) I am unable to walk unaided and need assistance on board the aircraft from the time I arrive at the airport until the end of the flight, as well as until I leave the airport or board my connecting flight. (WCHC)

* Note: Due to multiple arrivals at airports, parking positions directly at the gate cannot be guaranteed. The aircraft may have to park on the apron, so boarding and disembarkation take place via steps.

Seat request for flights to/from the USA

Passengers with a gait abnormality and/or who are traveling with an assistance dog can request a bulkhead seat up to 48 hours before departure.
