Among the services offered are: private entrance, a dedicated Concierge for check‑in, baggage handling, private security screening and immigration, five‑star hospitality, and exclusive private transfer directly to the aircraft door.

Eligibility

Lufthansa First Class passengers holding a revenue ticket**, regardless of the ticket issuance date, on flights departing from Guarulhos International Airport to Europe between April 10, 2026, and October 31, 2026***. 

How to book

Access to the BTG Pactual Terminal is subject to reservation confirmation. Reservations made up to 72 hours before departure are guaranteed availability provided all necessary information is complete, including details for all passengers, booking reference numbers, and Federal Revenue Service declarations; reservations made between 72 and 24 hours before departure are subject to availability at the terminal****.  In order to ensure the coordination of all airport security and operational procedures, reservations made less than 24 hours before departure are not accepted by the terminal.

  • Fill in your travel information in the "Reserve this experience" form;
  • Select the “International Departure**** service;
  • The promotional code will be automatically applied to your reservation and is subject to eligibility validation;
  • Click on “Start Reservation”;
  • You will then be asked for additional personal information;
  • If you do not receive any message, it is possible that the reservation was not completed; please be aware of this;
  • Up to 24 hours before your flight, we will confirm your experience, and a concierge will contact you to arrange the details of your trip.

FAQ Lufthansa Group and Terminal BTG Pactual Partnership

To receive complimentary access to the Terminal BTG Pactual, you must:

  • be traveling in First Class on Lufthansa or SWISS operated flights departing from São Paulo International Airport between April 10, 2026 and October 31, 2026 and hold a revenue ticket
  • have a confirmed reservation for access to the Terminal BTG Pactual

Please ensure that you complete all required information, including details of all passengers, booking references, and Customs declarations (if applicable), in order to receive confirmation. Access to Terminal BTG Pactual will not be granted without a confirmed reservation.

If you wish to rebook or cancel your confirmed reservation, your request must be submitted to Terminal BTG Pactual at least 72h in advance of both the original and/or the new flight.

Changes requested between 72 and 48 hours before departure may be accommodated, subject to availability.

In the event of irregular operations, such as delays or cancellations, Terminal BTG Pactual will make every effort to accommodate you on the new schedule, subject to availability.

Complimentary access to Terminal BTG Pactual for eligible passengers includes the full International Departure Experience.

This experience offers an exclusive area for boarding and arrival, including check-in, baggage drop-off, security, immigration and customs. In this area, you can enjoy comfort, privacy and personalized service, as well as à la carte dining services, bar and private transportation to the aircraft door. Each reservation allows a stay of up to 4 hours before your flight’s departure time.

For passengers interested in other experiences (e.g., international arrival and/or domestic flights) or optional services, these can be booked according to Terminal BTG Pactual public offer. Yes, children can access Terminal BTG Pactual as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian and their bookings meet the criteria listed above.

Unaccompanied minors, even if eligible and duly authorized, are not permitted to access the terminal in accordance with Terminal BTG Pactual ​Terms of UseThe link will be opened in a new browser tab.

If you have already purchased access to Terminal BTG Pactual for the International Departure Experience and hold a booking that meets the criteria listed above, you can contact the Terminal BTG Pactual at least 72 hours before your flight to update your reservation. The charge will be refunded.
