Help us when booking your journey. This will allow us to provide you with the service you need on the ground and during the flight. To ensure your comfort, we need some information from you in advance. If your journey includes multiple connecting flights, you only need to submit the form once.

Please note that this form can only process information provided in German or English.

Please let us know what assistance you require at least 48 hours before departure so that we can ensure you receive the best support. We can no longer guarantee the best assistance if you register at shorter notice.

Mobility impairments
I can move around inside the aircraft and climb steps without any problems. But I need help with longer distances inside the airport. (WCHR) I can move around inside the aircraft, but I require assistance climbing steps and walking longer distances within the airport. (WCHS) I am unable to walk unaided and need assistance on board the aircraft from the time I arrive at the airport until the end of the flight, as well as until I leave the airport or board my connecting flight. (WCHC) I can walk independently.

This information may include medical information about me and conditions related to my health (such as physical limitations). The purpose of the processing is to check the availability and provide the assistance services I have requested in compliance with the applicable safety regulations and the pseudonymized usage of this data to improve the reliability and quality of the services provided.

This includes the transmission of data to third party / service providers, including other airlines, that will provide individual or entire flight segments of the trip booked by me with the Lufthansa if this is necessary for the third parties or other airlines to fulfil the assistance requested. Some of the third parties or other airlines are in third countries worldwide. According to the European Commission and Swiss authorities not all third countries have an adequate level of data protection. We cannot rule out the possibility that your data may be accessed by authorities under foreign law. We rely on your consent to transfer your data to such countries.

The consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time without giving reasons under datenschutz@dlh.de. A withdrawal has the consequence that the assistance requested cannot be provided. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent before the withdrawal.
