If there is a change after your booking, Lufthansa strives to inform you as soon as possible, at the latest before you board the aircraft. You can also check the operator status via the Lufthansa app or on the website under ‘My booking’ Flight status.
All wetlease partners are certified in accordance with the regulations of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and meet the Lufthansa Group's internal quality and safety standards.
If your flight is operated by one of the Lufthansa wetlease partners, you have the same passenger rights as if your flight was operated by Lufthansa.
You have the same check-in options. Check-in is possible online, via the Lufthansa app or at the check-in counter at the airport.
Please check the signs and monitors at the airport for terminal and gate information. Drop off your baggage at the booked airline’s check-in counter or at the self-service bag drop kiosks provided for this purpose. The same baggage rules apply. For special baggage or if traveling with animals, please contact the Lufthansa Service Center or visit our Service Guide.
If the connecting flight is operated by Lufthansa or by a Star Alliance partner, your baggage will be loaded automatically. When checking in your baggage, please make sure that the destination airport is indicated on the baggage tag.
The crews speak English. However, to offer you the best possible service, every effort is made to have German-speaking flight attendants on board your flight.
Business Class passengers can look forward to the usual food and beverage offer. Passengers traveling in Economy Class will receive a bottle of water and a chocolate free of charge. On all European flights with a flight duration of more than 60 minutes, you can also order and pay for delicious little treats from our Onboard Delights menu.

Your Miles & More miles will be credited in the same way as with Lufthansa. The prerequisite for a credit is that your Miles & More number is stated at the time of booking or at check-in.
