Lufthansa at Berlin Brandenburg Airport

Berlin Brandenburg Airport "Willy Brandt" (BER) has opened. Since 8 November 2020, all Lufthansa flights to and from Berlin operate at the new Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER). Lufthansa's air traffic in Berlin Tegel (TXL) has been cancelled.

Terminal 1

Lufthansa has another home in Terminal 1 of the new Capital Airport, including a flagship store of the WorldShop. From here, Lufthansa flies regularly and directly to Frankfurt and Munich airports. This means that all Lufthansa destinations are also available from Berlin with just one change. Incidentally, on Level 1, near Gate B20, you will find access to the Lufthansa Lounge. Here you can enjoy the amenities of our lounge concept.

At the new Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), you can expect short distances and a wide range of stores, restaurants and service facilities. The heart of the airport is the 9,000 square meter marketplace in Terminal 1 – directly after the security checkpoint. From here you can reach your gate quickly and easily and still have time to stroll, store or visit the viewing terrace.

Getting there

Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) has its own train station with fast train and suburban train connections to downtown Berlin. In addition, an Airport Express runs between Berlin's main train station and BER Airport. There are also various bus connections and a direct link to the freeway.
