Travellers can contact this organisation or, where applicable, the relevant office (Zurich Insurance plc, Niederlassung für Deutschland, Platz der Einheit 2, 60327 Frankfurt; tel: +49 69/7115-0, email: ​service@zurich.de) if travel services are denied them owing to the insolvency of Deutsche Lufthansa AG.

Note: This insolvency coverage does not apply to contracts with parties other than Deutsche Lufthansa AG that can be fulfilled despite the insolvency of Deutsche Lufthansa AG.
