Up to 30% fuel savings
State-of-the-art technologies and lightweight composite materials make it possible. The Dreamliner consumes up to 30% less kerosene than comparable predecessor models and produces correspondingly fewer emissions. Using an average of 2.5 litres of kerosene per passenger per 100 kilometres flown, it is therefore one of the most economical long-haul aircraft in the Lufthansa fleet.
