Boarding

To enable you to board more comfortably and quickly in future, we have introduced group boarding on continental and intercontinental flights.

The boarding procedure on continental and intercontinental flights

Lufthansa has introduced a group boarding procedure on continental and intercontinental flights so you can board your aircraft more quickly and in a more relaxed manner. You will find a reference to your boarding group on your boarding pass.

Passengers who check in together will, of course, be allocated to the same boarding group and will therefore also be able to board together.

After pre-boarding, we begin the boarding of priority Groups 1 and 2. Then the remaining groups will be invited to board.
