Passengers travelling on same-day departures with Lufthansa or SWISS may now check-in and drop off their baggage at Jewel Changi Airport. The facility is equipped with self-service kiosks and automated bag drops, identical to those in the main terminal, ensuring a seamless and familiar process.

Passengers may choose to check-in at Jewel Changi Airport for added convenience and flexibility, or at Terminal 2 prior to their flight. This service allows you to begin your journey earlier, enjoy Jewel’s facilities, and proceed to your departure with greater ease.

Location:

Jewel Early Check-in Facility is located at Level 1 of Jewel Changi Airport.
This new service is available from 8am to 8pm (Singapore local time) daily for passengers departing on the same day.

Early Check-in will continue to be available at Terminal 2 – available from 4pm until check-in closing time.  First Class, HON, Business Class, SEN & Gold members can check-in at Row 4. Premium and Economy Class pax can use the self-service at Row 5.
