We have reintroduced priority boarding on continental flights for HON Circle Members, Senators, Business Class travellers and Star Gold customers. As a priority passenger, you once again have the opportunity to board after pre-boarding, with the start of boarding groups 1 and 2.
To avoid large gatherings of people, please do not come to the gate until these groups have been called. However, we advise and ask our priority passengers with an aisle seat only to board with boarding group 5. This minimises the need to get up from your seat, thereby protecting you and the other passengers from close contact.
We therefore ask for your support in making the boarding procedure as pleasant and safe as possible. We ask all passengers in the gate area and during the boarding process to socially distance and from time to time pause the flow in the aircraft bridge. Floor markings help with orientation. Boarding for all passengers is preferably via the Quick Boarding turnstiles if these are available at the gates.
