- Adria Airways and Croatia Airlines for departures from Germany
- SAS for departures from Germany (except for Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Berlin Tegel), Dubai and Zagreb
Lufthansa online check-in cannot be used for departures at a number of airports.
For flights by all other airlines that are not specified here, as well as for so-called codeshare flights, i.e. flights which are operated by another airline but booked on a Lufthansa flight number, you cannot check in using Lufthansa
online or mobile check-in. You can recognise codeshare flights with a Lufthansa flight number by the identifier ‘operated by’ in your booking confirmation.
You can only check in for these flights directly with the operating airline on the relevant website. Please use your ticket number or your Eurowings booking code to log in if you wish to take a flight operated by Eurowings.

If you have already received your boarding pass on your mobile phone, online or from a check-in counter , you can check in your bags at one of the self-service baggage check-in kiosks.

With your mobile or online boarding pass you can save valuable time: if you are travelling with carry-on baggage only, you can proceed directly to security and then to your gate. Additional luggage can simply be checked in on the way to your flight at one of the designated Lufthansa baggage drop-off counters.
