Flight Value Voucher application form

Apply here for your Flight Value Voucher for the same value as your original ticket for tickets with a place of departure in the EU1, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the USA. You will then receive a confirmation email and can then convert your ticket into a Flight Value Voucher in our portal.

  • Do you want to convert several tickets? Please complete an application form for each ticket. Always use the same email address when doing so. You can combine several tickets into a single Flight Value Voucher later in our portal. 
  • Do you already have a Lufthansa or Miles & More customer profile? Then please use the email address linked to it.
  • Did you book your flight after 15 May 2020 or was your place of departure in Greece, Bulgaria, Slovakia or outside the EU, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the USA? Use ​our flexible rebooking options.
  • Do you have a ticket from an airline other than Lufthansa? Please convert your ticket on the website of the airline that issued it.
