On board our long-haul flights in Business Class you can now experience an even more enjoyable culinary journey: new Sky Selection options, à la carte breakfast and, on departures from Germany, elegant menus created by Johann Lafer to make your time above the clouds particularly delicious. Premium ingredients, carefully selected wines, fine porcelain, and attentive service come together to create a seamless overall experience that goes far beyond a traditional onboard meal.

Flexible service: night flights in Business Class
Enjoying a delicious, hot dinner followed by a restful night’s sleep – for many passengers, that’s just perfect. On night flights, you can choose your evening’s service: After an aperitif we’ll happily serve your starter at the same time as the main course, if you wish. Then, to get ready for the next day, you can choose your breakfast before going to sleep and dream of what you’ll wake up to—like a smoothie, eggs or pastries. The breakfast menu in Business Class offers you a full, high-quality breakfast that suits your preferences, served on your schedule.
A reduced night service is offered on short intercontinental flights departing after 21.00 hours and which have a flight duration of six to eight hours.

Customize your Business Class flight exactly to your liking: on flights lasting over two hours, you can choose your hot main course in advance with Pre-Select. This way, you can enjoy exactly the dish you want on board. Pre-ordering is possible up to 24 hours before departure from Germany and up to 30 hours before departure to Germany*.
*Pre-Select to Germany is only available for European flights.
