FAQs on password security
Lufthansa has updated its password guidelines to improve the security and protection of your data. Passwords that do not fulfil the new requirements will gradually lose their validity and thus must be replaced with new ones.
Log in then click on your name (top right) to go straight to your profile. You can change your password there or by clicking here.
For security reasons, your password must include at least one number, upper- and lowercase characters, and at least one special character, and must be a minimum of eight characters.
No – you can also log in using this combination, as before.
