We will assist you at the aiport. We will show you which way to go and support you before, during and after the flight. This way, your journey will be more relaxed and enjoyable.

Together for a good journey

You will receive the right support on your journey. This way, the process will be easier for you and you can feel safe – from departure to arrival at your destination airport.

What we can do for you

  • If you need it, we will accompany you during your time at the airport and on the way to your departure gate. That is the area of the airport where your flight departs. If required, we will also assist you during boarding and disembarking.
  • In the event of delays or if your journey changes in any way, we will explain everything to you in person if you wish. We will continue to support you during your next steps.

What you need to keep in mind

  • Please follow the instructions of the cabin crew during the whole flight. This is important for your safety.

Travelling with a companion

A travel companion can assist you on your journey. This will make the journey more enjoyable and safer for you. In some situations, you must travel with a companion for safety reasons.

You must have a companion if:

  • You cannot understand or follow the safety instructions from our cabin crew.
  • You are unable to bring yourself to safety in the event of an emergency.
  • You require personal assistance on board or in the lounge, when eating or using the toilet for example.

Do you need a companion for your journey but have not found one yet? Please tell us in good time. We will then look for a solution together.

If we do not find a solution, you will have the right to be reimbursed or to take another flight. You can register a companion via our Service Center.

Here is how to notify us of your assistance requirements.
