You can find out from our lounge directory which lounges are open and which services we are able to offer you at the respective airports. It will also give you information about their opening times as well as their exact location in the airport.
Lounge news
The “Airport Lounge” is now open to HON Circle Members at Stuttgart Airport. The Airport Lounge is located in Terminal 3 beyond security control. It offers 42 seats in an area of 150 square metres.
Regional products and specialties are the main culinary options on offer. An intercontinental breakfast, changing hot and cold lunches, cakes, coffee, and tea varieties, soft drinks as well as beer, wine, and sparkling wine are available.
Opening hours: daily from 05:00 to 21:30 hours

In the new Lufthansa Senator and Business Lounges at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) you can expect modern room concepts, a new lounge design, all-day buffets to suit your taste and local art in an exclusive feel-good atmosphere - as well as a steam fireplace, TV Club and a wall of books containing illustrated books from our co-operation partner, the teNeues publishing house.

As an HON Circle Member, the “Lounge Tempelhof,” a supplementary service to the “Lounge Tegel,” is now available to you at Berlin Brandenburg Airport. The “Lounge Tempelhof” is located near Gate A20.
With the reopening of the Lufthansa First Class Lounge in the satellite building, all First Class lounge services are once again available to First Class passengers and HON Circle Members in Terminal 2.
With the reopening of the Senator Lounge opposite Gate G24, all lounge services are once again available to Senators and Star Gold Card holders in Terminal 2.
This means that Senators can benefit from a larger number of seats and now have the choice once again between two Senator lounges and our popular Senator Café in the Schengen Departures Area G, the Senator Lounge in the non-Schengen Departures Area H, and one Senator Lounge each in the Schengen and non-Schengen areas in the Terminal 2-Satellite.
Our First Class passengers can now look forward to freshly prepared, top-quality products, and hospitality with a personal touch. Selected wines, champagnes, and the best beverage brands ensure excellent catering, alongside the exquisite à la carte service. An additional buffet service and the all-day Quick Menu for passengers in a hurry complete the offering.
From April 30, 2023, the temporary First Class Area in the Lufthansa Senator Lounge at Gate B43 at Frankfurt Airport will be closed. Until the Lufthansa First Class Lounge in Departure Area B reopens on May 10, 2023, First Class passengers and HON Circle Members are invited to visit the First Class Terminal, the First Class Lounge in Departure Area A, or the Senator Lounge in Departure Area B.
The First Class Terminal and the First Class Lounges in Departure Areas A and B are now available to our HON Circle Members who have flight connections with Eurowings Discover.
With the reopening of the Lufthansa First Class Lounge in Departures Area B on 10 May 2023, First Class passengers and HON Circle Members at Frankfurt Airport will again have access to all Lufthansa First Class facilities.
Whether it’s a business partner or family member – HON Circle Members, Senators and Star Gold passengers can continue to take companions with them into Lufthansa Group lounges and Star Alliance lounges worldwide in accordance with the rules already in place. Since 3 May 2021, these companions must travel on the same flight.
Of course, you can also visit the Lufthansa lounges as an Economy Class passenger (availability limited). To do so, present your valid Lufthansa boarding pass at the lounge entrance and simply pay by credit card or book lounge access online before your trip.
There is currently no lounge capacity available in Frankfurt or Munich.
An overview of our lounges
Business Lounge
You’ll receive a warm welcome here: Lufthansa staff are available in the reception area to deal with any requests you may have and to provide you with information about your lounge stay and your onward flight. Magazines and daily newspapers are available for you to read, and the lounge buffet offers beverages and fresh snacks around the clock. Put together a plate of your favourite food and enjoy it at the bar. If you want to freshen up while you wait, you’ll find spacious shower cubicles, fresh hand towels and a hair dryer in the bathrooms. In the Comfort Zone, you can choose a seat that matches your mood and how much time you have: benches for a quick sit-down or a seat at a table. Almost every seat in the Lufthansa lounge offers you great views of the runway. And from the armchairs directly facing the window, you will enjoy an exclusive view of jets taking off and landing.
Senator Lounge
You’ll feel at ease immediately: in the Quiet Room, for example, which is located at the rear of the lounge away from the busy areas, you can relax on comfortable leather loungers, pleasantly shielded from view. Or why not stretch out on the exceptionally comfortable recliners in front of the panoramic windows? If you would like a meal – by yourself, with a partner or in a group – Lufthansa will offer you the appropriate table. And if you have work to do, that’s no problem. Just set up your temporary office in our Work Area – we provide pleasant light to work in, a comfortable chair and all the necessary data connections. You can use your personal service at any time. Lufthansa staff are available at the reception desk. They can answer any questions you may have about your journey or the Lufthansa lounges. If you would like to enjoy a cigar or cigarette, you can do so in comfort in the separate lobby at the entrance to the Senator Lounge.
Welcome Lounge
On long-haul flights, would you like to sleep all night and start the day feeling refreshed and well-rested? Not a problem with a stopover in the Lufthansa Welcome Lounge. First and Business Class passengers as well as status customers and United Airlines Global Services Card members can enjoy use of these lounge services provided that they have arrived in Frankfurt on a selected flight. A cosy bistro area, a breakfast buffet offering a varied selection, comfortable armchairs, a Quiet Zone and a smokers’ room, work stations, washrooms and numerous showers ensure that you can relax after your flight and start your day refreshed. For First Class passengers, HON Circle Members and Senators there is also an exclusive ironing service available.
Frankfurt Airport Private Suite
Depending on how many people you are travelling with, in addition to our own lounges, a number of different suites with exclusive fixtures and fittings are available to you for an extra charge through Frankfurt Airport VIP-Services. In the 30-square-metre Superior Suite, suitable for one to two guests, there is a lounge, dining and work area including TV with SAT reception, as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The 40-square-metre Grande Suite, for three to four people, also offers a bathroom with shower and footbath or, alternatively, a bathroom with a tub. The Red or Blue Royal suites each provide 55 square metres of space for five or more people and are also equipped with a bathroom with tub as standard.

Access to our lounges
Find out about the admission rules that apply to each of our lounges. Your lounge access depends on the booking class of your flight ticket or the privileges afforded by your status.
Taking pets with you
You are also welcome to take your four-legged friends with you into our lounges. Please understand, however, that out of consideration for our other guests, your dogs or cats should not be allowed to wander freely around Lufthansa lounges and should await their onward journey in their carrying container or pet carrier.
Free Wi-Fi in the lounges
Wireless Internet provided by Telekom HotSpot is available to you worldwide in all Lufthansa lounges. Thanks to high transmission speeds, you can use HotSpot to go online easily and reliably – from anywhere in the lounge.
