Your flight has just been called. Now you want to board as quickly as possible and enjoy your journey above the clouds in First Class. For First Class passengers in Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Geneva and Vienna the enjoyment already starts at boarding: in the case of departures from certain aircraft positions, you will be chauffeured in a limousine or exclusive minivan directly to the aircraft.

Limousine service for departures from Frankfurt

Whether you are spending time in the Lufthansa First Class Terminal or in the First Class Lounge at Pier A or B this service is available to you in all three cases together with our partners Austrian Airlines Group and SWISS.

If you are waiting for your flight in the First Class Terminal at Frankfurt, a limousine will always take you straight to your aircraft.

For Pier A, the limousine service from the First Class Lounge in Departures Area A is available for Lufthansa flights to Schengen countries which take off from a non-gate position.

From the First Class Lounge in Pier B, the limousine service is offered for Lufthansa flights to non-Schengen and non-EU countries which take off from Departures Area B at a non-gate position or from Piers Z and C.

Limousine service for arrivals in Frankfurt

As a First Class passenger on an intercontinental flight arriving at a non-gate position, you will be collected by your own personal people carrier or limousine and taken to the bus drop-off point in Terminal 1. The same applies if you are a passenger on a flight that arrives at a non-gate position, provided that you are continuing your journey in Lufthansa First Class on the same day. A direct transfer to other locations, such as to the First Class Lounges, for example, is not possible at Frankfurt Airport due to official regulations.1

Transfer service at Frankfurt for shortened transfer times

If you only have a transfer time of between 20 and 45 minutes left due to the late arrival of your flight at Frankfurt Airport, you will be collected from your aircraft by an exclusive people carrier service and taken straight to your connecting flight – taking into account all the necessary security, passport and customs checks – as long as this will guarantee you meeting your flight on time.2 If it is no longer possible to get to your connecting flight in time due to flight disruptions, a personal assistant will be on hand at Frankfurt to help you. The assistant will take care of all the formalities connected to your onward journey, such as rebookings or hotel and car rental reservations.

Companions

All travel companions (including spouses, life partners, and children under 18) with a valid boarding pass for the same outbound and return flight as the person who invites them are eligible for the First Class limousine service.

Our limousine service at Munich Airport is a special service for you, providing a seamless and comfortable travel experience.

The service is available to:

  • Lufthansa Group HON Circle Members
    (Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, Air Dolomiti)
    Travel companions with a valid boarding pass for the same flight are included.
  • First Class passengers of the named airlines, if the following conditions are fulfilled:
  • Their journey ends in Munich, and they have previously arrived at another airport bearing a First Class ticket, regardless of the travel class of their connecting flight to Munich.
  • Their journey begins in Munich, and they are continuing their journey on a connecting flight with a First Class ticket (including feeder flight in Business or Economy). In this case too, the service includes your travel companions bearing a valid boarding pass for the same flight, including spouses, life partners and children under 18.

Our limousine service guarantees a seamless and comfortable travel experience, precisely where you need it.

  • For departures from a non-gate position
    You will be driven from the First Class Lounge to your aircraft in a limousine or exclusive minivan.¹
  • For arrivals at a non-gate position
    After landing we will collect you directly at the aircraft and take you conveniently to the lounge or into the Terminal.¹
  • In the event of shortened transfer times (less than 40 minutes)
    We will do our utmost to accompany you to your connecting flight on time. If this is not possible for operational reasons, a personal assistant will help you to rebook or to make a hotel reservation if necessary.²

Limousine service for departures from Zurich

  • As a HON Circle Member and/or First Class passenger with SWISS, Lufthansa or Austrian Airlines, an exclusive limousine service is available to you for flights departing from a non-gate position if you are transferring at Zurich or your flight begins there.
  • As a HON Circle Member and/or First Class passenger with SWISS, Lufthansa or Austrian Airlines whose flight departs from Dock E, a shuttle service is available to you from the First Class Lounge A (Schengen) to the First Class Lounge E (non-Schengen), including a separate passport control.
  • The services also apply to passengers catching their onward flight in Lufthansa or SWISS First Class in Geneva, Munich or Frankfurt.

Limousine service for arrivals in Zurich

  • As a SWISS First Class passenger, the SWISS First Welcome Service is exclusively available to you after the arrival of your long-haul flight. You will be met at the aircraft door and driven to the separate passport and security controls. If you have a connecting flight, you can go directly from there to the First Class Lounge on the mezzanine floor.
  • There is no separate limousine service available to HON Circle Members arriving at a non-gate position; however Business Class passengers may use the separate Business Class Arrival Bus Service.

Transfer service in Zurich for shortened transfer times

  • Should you, as a HON Circle Member or First Class passenger with SWISS, Lufthansa or Austrian Airlines, have a transfer time of less than 40 minutes due to a delayed arrival, we will drive you straight to your connecting flight.

Companions

  • All travel companions (including spouses, life partners and children under 18) with a valid boarding pass for the same flight as the person who invites them are eligible for the limousine services on departure.
  • Only First Class passengers are eligible for the SWISS First Welcome Service.

Limousine service for departures from Vienna

A personal limousine service will be waiting for you on the apron. If you are flying in Lufthansa or SWISS First Class on your connecting flight, a chauffeur will drive you straight to your aircraft in a limousine.

Limousine service for arrivals in Vienna

If your flight lands at a non-gate position, our limousine service will gladly pick you up from the aircraft and take you to the bus drop-off point at the terminal or to the HON Circle Lounge.

This service is currently only available to HON Circle Members.

Transfer service in Vienna for shortened transfer times

If you have less than 25 minutes transfer time left in Vienna, we will drive you from the aircraft straight to your connecting flight.1

This service is currently only available to HON Circle Members.

Limousine service for departures from Geneva

  • As a HON Circle Member and/or First Class passenger with SWISS, Lufthansa or Austrian Airlines, an exclusive limousine service is available to you for flights departing from a non-gate position if you are transferring in Geneva or your flight begins there.
  • The services also apply to passengers continuing their journey in Lufthansa or SWISS First Class in Zurich, Munich or Frankfurt.

Limousine service for arrivals in Geneva

  • As a SWISS First Class passenger, the SWISS First Welcome Service is exclusively available to you after the arrival of your long-haul flight. You will be met at the aircraft door and driven to the separate passport and security controls. If you have an onward flight, you can go from there straight to First Class Lounge A or be driven on to Baggage Reclaim.
  • There is no separate limousine service available to HON Circle Members arriving at a non-gate position; however Business Class passengers may use the separate Business Class Arrival Bus Service.

Transfer service in Geneva for shortened transfer times

  • Should you, as a HON Circle Member or First Class passenger with SWISS, Lufthansa or Austrian Airlines, have a transfer time of less than 40 minutes due to a delayed arrival, we will drive you straight to your connecting flight.
