FIA valet service at Frankfurt Airport
As a passenger in Lufthansa First Class or as an HON Circle Member, the special nature of your journey begins the moment you arrive at the airport. Your Lufthansa personal assistant and the valet service provided by our partner FIA make sure of it.
How to use the FIA Valet Service
To guarantee you the best possible service and at the same time the highest degree of data protection, our partner has developed an app through which you can manage your bookings and personal data yourself. Please download the FIA Valet Service app to your smartphone from the Apple Store or Google Play Store and complete the one-off registration process. Then, please book your desired valet parking service each time in advance via the app.
Dropping off your vehicle
Drive your vehicle straight up to the front of the First Class Terminal at Frankfurt Airport. A Lufthansa personal assistant will greet you there immediately as you alight from your car. Simply explain to the assistant or to a member of staff from the FIA Valet Service, who will also be there, what your wishes are regarding valet parking, baggage and the return of your rental car, and give them your car keys.
The FIA Valet Service employees will unload your baggage and take it to the baggage screening for you. Your own car will be parked for you.1
Should you arrive in a rental car, the FIA Valet Service will return it for you on request.2,3
Collecting your vehicle
Upon arrival at Frankfurt Airport, please follow the "Car Rental" signs to Arrivals Hall A. The FIA Valet Service key safe can be found in parking row 219 close to the Car Rental Center in car park P4. A PIN will have been sent to your mobile phone by SMS in advance of your advertised collection time: enter this into the key safe to get your car key.
The credit card you have saved in the FIA Valet Service app will be charged for the parking costs incurred, which correspond to the standard parking rates at Frankfurt Airport, as well as for any other additional services you may have requested. Your invoice will be sent via a paperless process to the email address saved in the FIA Valet Service app when you registered.

FIA Valet Service will also be happy to carry out any other cleaning and valeting services on your car. Just specify your requests using the FIA Valet Service app when you book your valet parking space.

1 Please note that vehicles with a height of over 2.10 m unfortunately exceed the height restriction for the use of the car park and therefore cannot be parked by the FIA Valet Service.
2 As a general rule, FIA Valet Service accepts rental cars from almost all car rental companies. The only exception so far has been vehicles belonging to the company Buchbinder and OK Mobility. Buchbinder or OK Mobility rental cars must be returned to their counters in Terminal 2 by the person who originally rented the car. That person’s signature will also be required. Please note that when a vehicle is returned to either Europcar or AVIS, an additional fee will be charged by the respective rental company.
3 Please bear in mind here that your rental car will be driven by FIA Valet Service staff on your behalf. Different regulations therefore apply on the part of the rental car companies with regard to the liability risk for possible damage to the rental car. By handing the car over to a third party or person other than the driver named in the rental agreement you risk losing your insurance cover.
