At the airport

  • If required, we will be happy to accompany you throughout your entire time at the airport. Upon request, we will also assist you at the gate when boarding and disembarking, preferably before other passengers.
  • If needed, we will provide you with separate instructions in the event of delays or other travel matters.

On board

  • Our cabin crew will provide you with separate, personal safety instructions.
  • We offer you a wide range of films with subtitles in German and English.

To destination airport

  • Our staff will also be happy to help you at your destination or if you need to change flights.
  • They will accompany you to the airport exit or look after you until your connecting flight.
