Quick help with delayed or damaged baggage

Please report delayed or damaged baggage immediately to the airline that operated your flight. You can do so using the following links. 

In the event of a baggage delay, we recommend that you check whether you have already received a notification by email, text or app. The personalised link in the message will then take you to a pre-filled form and you will only need to complete a few details. If you use your airline’s app and have added your booking, you will also find the link to the pre-filled form in your airline’s app under “Baggage details”.
