Lufthansa Guide Service
Lufthansa offers a fee-based Guide Service to foreign passengers, business travellers, groups, older passengers and families who, for example, have connecting flights and need help finding their way around the airport or who would like to be escorted personally.

Please note
In light of the current situation, the Lufthansa Guide Service at Frankfurt Airport is not available at the moment.
At Munich Airport, the Service is currently available only in German and English.
We speak your language
You will be picked up by a special Lufthansa guide directly at the gate or at another meeting point and accompanied to wherever you want to go. For example, to your connecting flight, train, hotel, shuttle bus or to the lounge. The guides are available to help with questions and problems in over 16 languages.
The following languages are offered at Frankfurt Airport:
Arabic, English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Turkish*
The following languages are offered at Munich Airport:
Chinese (Mandarin), English, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian*
* Other languages available on request

The Lufthansa Guide Service is for families too
Lufthansa guides make sure passengers have a relaxed start to their holiday by helping families with outbound or connecting flights at Frankfurt or Munich airports find their way around before boarding.
This can be an enormous help, especially to a parent who is travelling alone with their children. The guides will take them, for example, to the check-in area and explain the security regulations or accompany them to the gate or to baggage reclaim. They are also available to accompany families to restaurants, hotels or car rental companies.
The Lufthansa Guide Service can also be of assistance to older family members. If a passenger can only walk slowly, guides can calculate the time required for changing aircraft or, if necessary, take the passenger to a pharmacy or somewhere to sit.
Our guides are on hand with advice and assistance in over 14 languages. This service therefore provides both assistance and reassurance, especially to families from abroad.
