When you book a round-trip journey between Italy and Japan, domestic flights and a stopover in Tokyo on each direction are included. For example, your itinerary could be structured as follows:
- Flight segment 1: Milan → Tokyo
- Flight segment 2: Tokyo → Hokkaido (or another domestic destination)
- Flight segment 3: Hokkaido (or another domestic destination) → Tokyo
- Flight segment 4: Tokyo → Milan
Here’s how to proceed:
- When searching for flights, select “Multi-city” instead of “Round trip.”
- Enter your long-haul and domestic flights in a maximum of four flight segments.
- Select a departure date within the travel period, from December 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027.
Domestic flights in Japan will be automatically included in the booking, with no additional cost for the domestic air segments. Flights must be booked during the designated booking period in September 2026.
