Lufthansa Group allows cancellation and change of tickets from Israel free of charge
Starting today, passengers can book “Flex” tickets on Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, SWISS and change or cancel their booking free of charge.
Cancellation Policy will not apply to North and Central America.
The cancellation policy is valid for new bookings which are made as of today till March 10th 2020 for departures till November 30th 2020.
Changes or cancellations will be possible until the day of departure.
