My logbook

It’s back! Your very own Lufthansa logbook for you to collect and record all your Lufthansa flights.

Kinder spielen a Board. // Children playing on Board

Welcome on board!

Flying is a great experience time after time! With your logbook you can record all the important details about your flights, just like a proper pilot in the cockpit. Enter all the important information such as departure airport, flight time and aircraft speed in your personal logbook.  Colourful stickers will help you to remember which different aircraft you have already flown on. And have every recorded flight signed by a member of the crew.

But that’s not all! You’ll also find lots of exciting info about flying in your logbook. What makes a pilot? What’s an engine? Why does a plane fly? You’ll find an answer to these and other questions in the flight glossary in your logbook. Lu and Cosmo will happily guide you through the booklet.

By the way: you’ll get the logbook on board from our crews. Just ask a crew member for one on your next flight with Lufthansa – they’ll be happy to give one to you. You can download your personal Junior Pilot certificate – signed by Lufthansa’s Chief Pilot – here.

What should I do when my logbook is full?

2 Kinder spielen in der Economy Class des A320neo. // 2 children playing in Economy Class of the A320neo.

Wow! You’ve filled in all your flights and had them signed by a crew member – well done! If you like, you can get a new logbook from our crew on your next flight.

Just ask your parents…

Eine Mutter reist mit ihren Töchtern in der Economy Class des A320neo. // A mother is traveling with her daughters in Economy Class on the A320neo.

...perhaps they have a logbook, too, from when they were younger. That’s because the logbook is a true classic at Lufthansa and many children of earlier generations have diligently recorded their flights.
