Transport your medicines safely to your destination

If you rely on refrigerated medicines, vaccines or other perishable medical products, you need a travel solution you can rely on.

Refrigerated and protected in the Cube

The Cube by Tec4Med LifeScience, a Lufthansa official partner, provides continual refrigeration, even on long flights and under changing climatic conditions. It is manageable, made for travel, and can be transported free of charge as a medically necessary item in addition to your regular carry-on baggage. It does not have to be declared separately to Lufthansa.

How it works

  1. Order before you travel
The Cube cannot be hired at the airport. You must purchase it in advance directly from our partner who will deliver it conveniently to your home.
  2. Place medicines in the Cube for refrigeration
If set up according to the instructions, the Cube can be relied on to keep your medicines refrigerated from take-off to your destination in temperatures ranging between 2°C and 8°C.
  3. Transport safely on board
You can simply take the Cube with you into the passenger cabin – with no extra costs or inconvenient paperwork.
