If you long for a rest, the crew will convert your seat on request into a two-meter/6.5 foot-long bed with a comfortable mattress and a temperature-regulating duvet. So, you can enjoy a restful sleep and arrive at your destination fully refreshed.

The fine-dining concept with tasting menus – trilogies of amuse-bouches, appetizers, desserts and, on request, main courses in tasting-sized portions – is paired with an exquisite selection of wines and spirits.

Our changing wine list is curated by four Masters of Wine; under our “Off the beaten track” selection, you will discover exceptional wines, complemented by our house champagne ‘La Grande Dame’ from Veuve Clicquot and another champagne that changes regularly, ensuring enjoyable variety.

The caviar service from the trolley is and remains a treasured highlight. On day and evening flights it is served as a separate course – with an enhanced presentation and additional details such as blinis and a special mother-of-pearl spoon – and is celebrated in a classic yet noticeably refined manner.

Breakfast also reaches a new gourmet level: with caviar on the egg dish, if requested, fresh shots or detox juices, signature granola and a warm, sweet component such as waffles, pancakes or French toast.
