Information about taking assistance dogs with you

At the airport

  • We will be happy to accompany you throughout your time at the airport if needed.
  • At the gate, we can assist you with boarding and disembarking before the other passengers.
  • If required, we will provide you with a separate briefing in the event of delays and other important travel announcements.

On board

  • Our cabin crew will give you separate, personal safety instructions.
  • Our crew will also provide additional helpful information, such as for your orientation in the cabin.
  • Our onboard team will also explain how your food is arranged on the tray so that you have a clear idea of how your meal is presented.

To destination airport

  • Our staff will also be happy to help you at your destination or if you need to change flights.
  • They will accompany you to the airport exit or look after you until your connecting flight.
