*On select aircraft, login via Travel ID or Miles & More may not be required. In such cases, you will still receive complimentary access to messaging services without the need to log in.

You can pay with any major credit card. Miles & More members can also redeem award miles to settle their bill.
The access is valid for the calendar year of the purchase and the three subsequent calendar years and can only be used once.
If FlyNet® is not available on your flight, you will receive a refund.

Currently, you cannot book FlyNet® Internet access on your long-haul flight in combination with FlyNet® for a short or medium-haul flight. However, a cross-flight tariff structure is already in the planning stage, so that you will soon be able to enjoy a seamless Internet connection on the entire Lufthansa fleet.
Alternatively, if you are a customer of Deutsche Telekom or one of its affiliated roaming partners, you can also log on easily and conveniently with your login details. Please request these login details before commencing your journey.
Your FlyNet® Internet use will then be charged in line with your service provider’s tariff. If you choose this billing method, please bear in mind that use on board the aircraft is billed as ‘international roaming’ and is therefore not necessarily included in the flat rate.
