Report delayed baggage
We regret that we could not return your baggage to you. We are taking all necessary measures to recover your baggage for you as quickly as possible.
We recommend that you remain at the airport until you have successfully reported your missing baggage.
If you have already reported your baggage as missing at the airport, you do not need to report it using this service. You are welcome to check the status of your baggage here.
This service is available for baggage checked onto flights operated by Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa and Brussels Airlines. For all other eventualities (e.g. carry-on baggage left behind on board), please contact the baggage tracing desk at the airport.
