The service is operated using Mercedes Classe E and Minivan Viano vehicles provided by our trusted partner NCC Group Italia, a Market leader for private car transfers.

* The service is offered in Italy within 150 km from/to the departing/arriving airport and is only valid in connection with flight tickets purchaased in Italy for trips originating in Italy.
Chauffeur Transfer Service is exclusively dedicated to Lufthansa First Class passengers (booking classes A and F; service upgrades and booking requests using Miles&More miles will not be accepted).
Requests of cancellation and change of travel itinerary sent later than 2 hours before the contracted start of service will not be considered.
The transfer can be booked via e-mail up to 8 hours before the requested time of the service.
