To make your time at the airport and your journey on board as comfortable as possible, we ask you to provide us with some information in advance. This allows us to meet your individual needs as best as possible.

Please let us know what assistance you require no later than 48 hours before departure. This enables us to provide you with the best possible assistance. If you are travelling in a group with your own mobility aids, please notify us of your care requirements as early as possible.

If you register at short notice, we will, of course, strive for the best possible service, but cannot guarantee it. Without advance registration, neither the service nor travel on the booked flight can be guaranteed.

Many airports offer their own services for passengers who require assistance. For details about these services, please check directly with the airports on your itinerary.

You can tell us about your service needs in the following ways:

By telephone

If you book your ticket by telephone or through a travel agency, please be sure to inform us of your individual needs before completing your booking.

Online

Our online service is available in German and English. (Completed online booking required)

Through your travel agency
