Business Class check-in is open at Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Geneva and Vienna airports.
Due to the low volume of passengers, many Fast Lanes at airports have been temporarily suspended. As soon as passenger numbers increase, the Fast Lanes will also be reopened. For specific information, please go to the website of the respective airport. Fast Lanes are available in Frankfurt, Geneva, Vienna and Zurich, but not currently in Munich. The extent of Fast Lane use at other European or non-European airports will be decided within the next few weeks.
Many countries have tightened carry-on baggage regulations in the context of the Covid-19 crisis.
Business Class passengers are welcome to check in their excess carry-on baggage at check-in free of charge. Please use the Info Hub to find out about potential country-specific regulations.

The limousine service is offered at the airports in Frankfurt and Munich.
We have reintroduced priority boarding on continental flights for HON Circle Members, Senators, Business Class travellers and Star Gold customers. As a priority passenger, you once again have the opportunity to board after pre-boarding, with the start of boarding groups 1 and 2.
To avoid large gatherings of people, please do not come to the gate until these groups have been called. However, we advise and ask our priority passengers with an aisle seat only to board with boarding group 5. This minimises the need to get up from your seat, thereby protecting you and the other passengers from close contact.
We therefore ask for your support in making the boarding procedure as pleasant and safe as possible. We ask all passengers in the gate area and during the boarding process to socially distance and from time to time pause the flow in the aircraft bridge. Floor markings help with orientation. Boarding for all passengers is preferably via the Quick Boarding turnstiles if these are available at the gates.
