Sineu is normally a sleepy little town in the center of Mallorca. But when it's market day on Wednesdays, the small alleyways around the church are buzzing with life. Farmers from the surrounding area sell fruit, vegetables, and regional delicacies. I love this market because it is so authentic. When I breathe in the scent of marinated olives and sun-ripened peaches, I'm happy.
