Online baggage tracing
Has your baggage been delayed? We can search for it using an international baggage tracing system connected to several hundred airlines.
Cancellation and refund
Travel plans can change: Using the online refund feature, you can cancel your flight booking up to 24 hours before departure and have your ticket refunded.
Upgrade options
Treat yourself to more comfort on your next trip with an upgrade to a higher travel class. Whether Premium Economy Class, Business Class or First Class – there are lots of ways to upgrade your flight.
Advance seat reservation
Window, aisle or extra legroom: choose your own seat in advance. You can make advance seat reservations directly when you book your flight.
Booking special meals
On Lufthansa-operated flights, passengers who require a special diet have various meals available to them. They can be ordered up to 24 hours before departure.
Manage your booking
You can retrieve and manage saved bookings conveniently in your booking summary. Using your booking code you have access to all your flights. Make an advance seat reservation, rebook or cancel a flight, request special meals or upgrades - you can do all this in your personal area. In addition, you can book a rental car or buy travel insurance here after you have booked your flight.
