Passenger receipt

You can open and print the passenger receipt using the following link. The passenger receipt is available for download after the ticket has been issued and for up to 90 days after the conclusion of the trip. Please note that VAT is only applicable for flights within Germany and is shown on the receipt no earlier than one day after the ticket purchase.

For flights originating in certain countries, we issue special invoices on request. You can request an invoice in these countries if the information provided on your e-ticket confirmation is not deemed sufficient.
