Your flight has just been called. Now all you want to do is board as quickly as possible to start enjoying your journey above the clouds in First Class. If you are a First Class guest, this pleasure starts with boarding at Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Geneva or Vienna: if your flight is departing from certain aircraft positions, you will be chauffeur driven in a limousine or exclusive minivan straight to your aircraft.
Limousine service on departure from Frankfurt
Whether you are waiting for your flight in the Lufthansa First Class Terminal or in the First Class Lounge in Pier B, the service is available to you in collaboration with our partners Austrian Airlines Group and SWISS. It applies to Lufthansa flights to non-Schengen and non-EU countries taking off from a non-gate position in Departures Area B or from Piers Z or C. For Pier A, the limousine service is also available from the Lufthansa First Class Lounge in A for flights to Schengen countries taking off from a non-gate position. If you are waiting for your flight in the First Class Terminal at Frankfurt, a limousine will always take you straight to your aircraft.
Limousine service on arrival in Frankfurt
As a First Class passenger on an intercontinental flight arriving at a non-gate position, you will be collected by your own personal minivan or limousine and taken to the bus drop-off point in Terminal 1. The same applies if you are a passenger on a European flight that arrives at a non-gate position, provided that you are continuing your journey in Lufthansa First Class on the same day. A direct transfer to other locations, such as to the First Class Lounges, is not possible due to official regulations at Frankfurt Airport.1
Transfer service in Frankfurt for shortened transfer times
If you only have a transfer time of between 20 and 45 minutes left due to the late arrival of your flight at Frankfurt Airport, you will be collected from your aircraft by an exclusive minivan service and taken straight to your connecting flight – taking into account all the necessary security, passport and customs checks – provided that this will guarantee you catch your flight on time.2 If it is no longer possible to get to your connecting flight in time due to flight disruptions, a personal assistant will be on hand in Frankfurt to help you. The assistant will take care of all the formalities connected to your onward journey, such as rebookings and hotel and car rental reservations.

Entitled for the First Class limousine service are all traveling companions (including spouses, partners and children under 18) with a valid boarding pass for the same arrival and departure flight as that of the person inviting them.

- Our limousine service is available to you as a HON Circle Member of the Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian or Air Dolomiti and your fellow passengers if you change planes in Munich or your flight begins or ends here.
- As a First Class passenger of the Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian or Air Dolomiti, you and your fellow passengers can also take advantage of the limousine service. The prerequisite is that the flight ends in Munich and you have arrived at another hub or airport with a First Class ticket and land in Munich with an onward flight in Business or Economy Class.
- In addition, we welcome you as a First Class passenger of the Lufthansa Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian or Air Dolomiti and your fellow passengers to our limousine service if you start your journey in Munich with a feeder flight in Business or Economy Class and continue in First Class on a flight operated by the Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian or Air Dolomiti.
Limousine service on departure from Munich
If your flight is departing from a non-gate position, you will be taken from the First Class Lounge straight to the aircraft by limousine or an exclusive minivan.1
Limousine service on arrival in Munich
If your flight arrives at a non-gate position, you will be collected from the aircraft in a limousine and taken to the terminal or straight to the First Class Lounge.1
Transfer service in Munich for shortened transfer times
If it is no longer possible to get to your connecting flight in time due to flight disruptions, a personal assistant will be on hand to help you at Munich Airport. The assistant will take care of all the formalities connected to your onward journey, such as rebookings or hotel and car rental reservations.2

Limousine service on departure from Zurich
First Class passengers and HON Circle Members taking off for a European country from a non-gate position on a SWISS, Lufthansa or Austrian Airlines Group flight, or who have booked an intercontinental flight with SWISS that is departing from Dock E, will be taken by limousine to the aircraft.3
SWISS First Welcome Service (Shuttle service for First Class passengers upon arrival)
All First Class passengers (HON passengers only when booked in First Class!) arriving in ZRH will be picked up by a Mercedes Sprinter Van in SWISS First Class design if the arriving intercontinental flight has a non-gate position.HON passengers NOT travelling in First Class may use the SWISS Business Bus.
Transfer service in Zurich for shortened transfer times
If you have less than 40 minutes transfer time left due to a delayed flight arrival, we will drive you straight to your connecting flight.3

Limousine service with Mercedes Austria on departure from Vienna
A personal limousine service will be waiting for you on the apron. If you are flying in Lufthansa First Class on your connecting flight, a chauffeur will drive you straight to your aircraft in a Mercedes.
Limousine service on arrival in Vienna
If your flight lands at a non-gate position, our limousine service will gladly pick you up from the aircraft and take you to the bus drop-off point at the terminal or to the HON Circle Lounge.
Transfer service in Vienna for shortened transfer times
If you have less than 25 minutes transfer time left in Vienna, we will drive you from the aircraft straight to your connecting flight.

Limousine service on departure from Geneva
On departure, HON Circle Members and First Class passengers will be taken from the lounge straight to the gate or taken to their aircraft by our limousine service.3
Limousine service on arrival in Geneva
The ‘Meet & Greet’ service is available to HON Circle Members on arrival: a personal assistant will accompany you from the gate to the baggage reclaim area. If your Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines or SWISS flight lands at a non-gate position, a limousine shuttle service will take you to the terminal.
