After your flight arrives at Frankfurt Airport, take the S-Bahn train to the main station (Hauptbahnhof). The S-Bahn runs about every 10 min and the journey lasts ca. 15 min. For more convenience use one of the off white Mercedes taxis waiting outside Flight Arrivals at both terminals to get into central Frankfurt in around 30 minutes. Buses run from Terminal 1 Flight Arrivals to Frankfurt's southern train station in 20 to 30 minutes.
