We always make every effort to deliver you to your destination punctually and reliably. However, should it be the case that there are disruptions to air traffic, your departure gate is changed or your flight is delayed or even cancelled, we will support you with a range of Lufthansa services.
So that we can notify you as early as possible by SMS or, alternatively, by e-mail about flight disruptions, please inform us of your current mobile phone number and e-mail address up to 23 hours before your scheduled departure:
- With every booking
- After every completed booking at www.lufthansa.com/mybookings
- Once only in your Miles & More customer profile. At the same time, please don’t forget to specify your Miles & More service card number when making a booking.
