Travel period is from 18 February – 31 May 2014.
1. The voucher can only be availed by purchasing a long haul roundtrip ticket originating from Manila (e.g MNL-FRA-MNL) on lufthansa.com/ph. Each ticket is entitled to two (2) spa vouchers.
2. The promotion is not applicable on discounted fares (e.g K/class USD955).
3. The Maximum value of spa voucher is Php 1,600 with your choice of either of the following premium massage services:
Shiatsu (60 minutes)
Swedish (60 minutes)
Combination (60 minutes)
Deep Tissue (60 minutes)

5. There is no cash refund possible from the value of spa voucher and no credit can be given for unused amounts.
6. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-extendable, non-negotiable, non-transferable, cannot be converted to cash and strictly not for resale.
7. The vouchers must be claimed at the Lufthansa Manila town office at:

8. Release of vouchers will start on 14 February 2014. Passengers qualified in the promotion can claim the vouchers every Friday from 1330 – 1700H.
9. Last day of voucher release will be on 14 March 2014. Unclaimed vouchers will be forfeited.

10. Vouchers do not have an expiry date.
11. In case the Lufthansa ticket is put in for a refund, the Spa voucher becomes invalid and must therefore be returned to Lufthansa Manila town office.
12. The passenger must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these official rules and obtaining of Spa voucher is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements.
13. Each participant must ensure that his/her participation in the promotion is lawful and is in accordance with the applicable laws.
14. Lufthansa reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of this promotion, at Lufthansa’s sole discretion, without any notice at any time during the validity of the promotion.
15. Lufthansa shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability in relation to the voucher nor for any injury, loss, damage or consequence suffered or incurred by a voucher bearer.
16. Lufthansa German Airlines does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and/or queries of the Participants or furnish reasons for inclusion or exclusion of the Participant at any stage of the Promotion.
17. All applicable taxes, including but not limited to, income (withholding) tax, gift tax, and any other statutory levy, as may be applicable from time to time in relation to the spa voucher, will have to be paid by the voucher bearer.
18. Any decision taken by the ‘Promotion Administrator’ shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute.
