Please note that new entry regulations for flights to Libya came into effect on 11 November 2007. For travellers without an Arabic-language passport, the following regulations apply with immediate effect:
You need a full, certified Arabic translation of your passport in order to enter Libya. The translation must be done by an official certified translation office and be stamped accordingly. The document containing the translation must be attached to your passport. Please note that passengers without such a document will be refused entry into Libya.
