In May and June in Business Class on board long-haul flights from Germany, top chef Johanna Maier will be creating the taste of summer with seasonal dishes of the highest standard. Last November and December Maier created winter menus for our passengers. This top chef from the Austrian state of Salzburg will give our passengers a feeling of lightness and freshness with her delicious creations and her use of plenty of fresh herbs, tender young vegetables and soft fruits.

To put you in the mood for this light summer cuisine we will be serving a summery ‘Hugo’ cocktail and, for your in-flight entertainment, we will be showing the romantic comedy ‘A Good Year’. Bring on the summer!
