The Austrian Star Alliance Terminal at Vienna Airport
Welcome to the Austrian Star Alliance Terminal — Check-in 3 (301-399): light and airy spaces, short distances to the gates, well-thought-out signage and a wide variety of shopping and restaurant facilities make this new, 150,000 m2 terminal building a special travel experience for passengers.

Services at the Austrian Star Alliance Terminal
The check-in zone is located on Level 1 of the terminal; it has 69 counters and 40 check-in machines for passengers of Austrian Airlines or the Star Alliance airline partners. Check-in for flights to North America takes place in the East Pier /Gate D. Separate check-in islands are provided for Miles & More status customers and Business Class passengers. The security control has 15 lanes, which reduce waiting times and there are Fast Lanes.
Just landed in Vienna? Then you can make your way across a central Arrivals Hall straight to the City Airport Train (CAT) and you will be at Vienna’s Central Station within 16 minutes. There are also nine bus stops outside the Arrivals Hall from where you can catch a bus to the city centre.
The new terminal is directly connected to the existing airport buildings and unifies the entire airport under one roof. Thanks to short distances to the gates, passengers can catch connecting flights quickly and easily — the transit time required is just 25 minutes.
Special service for passengers with restricted mobility
Passengers with special needs, such as wheelchair users, are personally attended to in an exclusive waiting and check-in area.
Shopping and dining
On 500 metres of retail space, you can visit 31 shops and sample the delights of 19 food outlets: whether you are looking for delicious Austrian specialties in the Café Sacher, for example, or exclusive accessories from international luxury brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, you are sure to find them here.
